Barry S. Lerman - President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Lerman is responsible for the overall operations and strategic direction of the company. He joined Custom Bottle in 1981 during the infancy of the business. For most of his career he has focused on the sales, marketing and customer relations portions of the businesses. Over the past several years he has become very active in industry associations and trade groups. He is a member and former Director of the National Association of Container Distributors, a member of the Institute of Packaging Professionals and has been a member of Distributor Advisory Councils for several packaging suppliers. Mr. Lerman is active in the community where he serves on the board of directors for Easter Seals of Greater Waterbury, the Naugatuck Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Waterbury Chamber of Commerce. He graduated from Bryant College with a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Finance and Economics.

Richard S. Allen -Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Allen is responsible for the manufacturing division and staff functions of the company (finance, human resources and MIS). From 1979 to 1990 he was employed by GE Capital Corporation in various positions in the Corporate Finance Group. As a Managing Director, Mr. Allen has responsibility for lending and equity investments in its Northeast offices. During his GE tenure he was responsible for over $3 billion of investments. From 1990 to 1993, Mr. Allen was Executive Vice President and a Director of London Fog Corporation where he was responsible for several operating divisions. From 1994 to 1997 Mr. Allen was a partner at Nantucket Holding Company where he was involved in acquisition, recapitalization and advisory activities. He received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst where he currently serves on the Alumni Economics Council.

Thomas E. Piskura, Jr. - Vice President Business Development

Mr. Piskura joined Custom Bottle in 1986 and has held several positions within the organization including process technician, plant manager, and customer service. Mr. Piskura joined the sales division as an Account Executive and later was made Vice President of Sales. Mr. Piskura oversees several key accounts, and works with sales and marketing management where he has been an active contributor for over 13 years. Prior to his involvement in blow molding, Mr. Piskura was a partner in an upstate NY dairy organization. He is an active member of IoPP (Institute of Packaging Professionals). He earned his B.S. degree from Waynesburg College in 1978.

Peter B. Riley - Regional Sales Manager

Mr. Riley joined the company in 1998 and manages the sales effort in the Mid Atlantic Region (includes, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York City, Maryland, and Virginia). Mr. Riley has been working in packaging sales since 1987. His last position prior to joining the company was Director - Sales for the Specialty Division of US Can Company. Mr. Riley holds a B.S. Engineering degree from Pennsylvania State University.
